MMC clears Sonsoddo shed of all 2,000 tonne of reject

The shed housing the garbage treatment plant at Sonsoddo was finally cleared of all reject by Sunday evening thereby making room for incoming garbage, an exercise that took Margao Municipal Council (MMC) almost one week to complete. However, Margao’s garbage woes are far from over.
