Long-awaited 27 MLD Opa plant to open by mid-December

The 27MLD water treatment plant at Opa is now expected to be commissioned around mid-December, PWD officials said. The plant, which was initially expected to become operational in October, is eagerly awaited as it will cater exclusively to Panaji and surrounding areas.
