Is Goa slowly losing relevance as an international tourism destination?

If on one hand the collapse of UK-based holiday major Thomas Cook in September has led to a decline in the number of British visitors to Goa, a drop has been noticed from other countries as well. The dip in charter arrivals from Russia, the biggest charter market for Goa witnessed last year, continues into the current season as well.
