Builder fined Rs 3 lakh for cottage violations on Morjim beach

The Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA) has begun individual hearings in cases of violation of existing CRZ norms when setting up shacks and other temporary structures in the no-development zones on the Morjim, Mandrem, Galgibaga and Agonda beaches.
