In ‘green zone’ Goa, liquor shops likely to open on Monday

Goa, categorised as a green zone by the Centre, is likely to see retail liquor shops open from Monday. Chief minister Pramod Sawant told TOI on Friday that the state would strictly follow guidelines issued by the Union ministry of home affairs. As per these guidelines, liquor shops are allowed to open, with restrictions.
