Goa education department tells schools to nip tobacco usage in bud

Educational institutes in Goa have been reminded to launch awareness programmes afresh to discourage use of tobacco and tobacco products due to new and emerging products like e-cigarettes posing a challenge, as per directives from the directorate of education.
